It's always great if your client allows you to do your job in the best possible way. This time Racklock did just that! Not only is this the second project that we shot for them but this time around they understood the necessity to use 4 cameras for the duration of the entire project.
Not just that, it's also one of the biggest once-off installations to date hence the importance to capture something truly impressive.

The new 12V 7.2 Ah with built-in dummy battery is now complete! Yes, this is totally worth a blog because you can now power your camera and/or dolly with continuos power for long periods of time.
No more changing batteries during astro-lapses every 2 hours or so and you can shoot multiple daytime shots, even over a few days.

After being bombarded with requests for battery power such as my “Ultimate 12V Pelican Case” I have super exciting news to share with you....

At last, it's done.....

This is my version of a 12V portable battery inside a 1400 Pelican case. It's been a long few months of planing and building and I'm so excited to get this battery case out in the field, shooting timelapse non-stop!
