Timelapse Weekend Workshop
The Die Hard fans!
As many of you know, around this time of the year we host a Timelapse Weekend Workshop. The popularity of this weekend has grown quite significantly. We had record attendance last year with over 30 people joining us for this workshop. Nial Mollison and his brother, Brad, (also known as the veterans) has been joining us on every single workshop! We recently received this email from them:
"Hi Joe
Trust you and Jonelle had a great festive season, it’s that time of the year again for our annual pilgrimage to Nylstroom for a fun filled weekend, please can you send me an invoice for the weekend for myself and Brad plus staying for the extra night.
Happy lapsing
Nial"
They clearly don't care when the dates are or what the cost would be. They just want to join us! It's pretty obvious that they will move anything in their diary to be able to attend this weekend and that fills our hearts with joy. This has become like a norm to them and for this we salute you!
So, we're dedicating this blog to our Die Hard fans - Nial & Brad, The Mollison Brothers.
Thank you so much for your ongoing support! We're so happy that you have enjoyed this weekend with us every year since 2013. Sadly, we will not be hosting another workshop in 2016. We have been blessed so abundantly with work that we simply do not have time this year. We are grateful to say that our calendar is filled so much with new and exciting ventures and that our prayers has finally been answered after 15 years. We're shooting more and more timelapse for Natural History productions, such as this one: Trees of Life We'll be posting more blogs on the other assignments soon so keep an eye out for that.
You're still welcome to book the weekend and have fun with your own timelaspe weekend in our absence ;-)
Be sure to send us a group photo! That in itself is some sort of a timelape. Haha!
