Feenstra - Studios @ Burnett

Yet another high-rise building has been completed by Feenstra Group in Hatfield, Pretoria. This time they joined forces again with Costa Zervas Projects to bring you superior student accommodation. Once again Studios @ Burnett are fully furnished, offering luxury student accommodation in close proximity to the University of Pretoria. It’s only a block away from the Gautrain station and across Hatfield Plaza.

The timelapse construction development has been beautifully captured till the very end, even emphasising the iconic Jacaranda trees which Pretoria is famous for. These longterm timelapse camera systems are great for so much more than just construction! Having only one camera up, we were able to focus on the main view of the building, capturing all the action as it happened. The project started in March 2015 and was completed in November 2016 and can be found at 1166 Burnett Street in Hatfield, Pretoria - the capital and academic city of South Africa. Pretoria is also known as “Jacaranda City”.

It’s also worth a mention that Feenstra Group (Pty) LTD has been awarded with three “5 Star African Property Awards” in November 2015 which was awarded to them at the ceremony in Dubai.
