As you all know by now, the first 10 proud owners of the Shukuma dolly received their units and started playing with their kits.  We have a few small glitches that crept in but NOTHING that can not be fixed or overcome.

The first suggestion I have for you all is to change the RPM of the motor!

I picked up a small problem with some of the limit switches that's already been mailed / delivered.  All of them have been tested before packaging but it seems like a small problem still creeped in, despite the successful testing.  Some seems to not function properly.

After all the hours, days and months that I've put into this dolly, this day is finally here!

The assembly is in full force and the first 10 units are being assembled and packaged, ready for shipping.

This is taking up way more time than I thought it would so it's slow going, but it looks nice!

It's the 30th of August today and my aim was to deliver on the 31st. Well, I am happy to say that the stock to build the first 10 Shukuma dollies are officially here! 100% stock at home right now!

The time is now!  95% of the stock arrived and I am very exited to let you all know it's not too long anymore....

It has been a rough of couple of days and it still is! I must be honest and say that last week I thought I would have to break the news to everyone who ordered a Shukuma dolly... I really thought that the predetermined delivery date of 31 Aug 2012 will not be met. Luckily it doesn't seem like I have to postpone the date.

I am soooo exited to see the progress of the Shukuma DOLLIES!!

It's been a couple of weeks since the engineer started with the CNC work on the dollies and the motor block and motor cover is now complete.  All I can say is WOW!
