So here is what happened at the expo and other general information.

We just finalised our workshop dates for 2014. Please take note that the various workshops will only take place once or twice during the year so add these dates to your diary now!! If you miss a workshop, chances are there won't be another one coming up in 2014.

The Photo & Film Expo is approaching at the speed of light! Once again we will be hosting, not one but two workshops at this year's expo. Best of all, it's free!!

It is with great excitement that we share theses images of the Shukuma PRO with you! It took way longer than expected to get the PRO dolly out but now it's here and it's here with a WOW ;-)

When planning our timelapse trip to the Karoo there was an evident thought about the possibility of Fracking (hydraulic fracturing) in this pristine landscape in the near future.

Yay!! The Australian wine commercial that we rigged the timelapse dollies for earlier in June is finally on air. The entire commercial was shot on the Shukuma DOLLY and it was an interesting combination of timelapse and stop-motion.

The result is fantastic!!

We finally put together a "Cheat Sheet" with a guideline and starting point to get the correct speed and distance on your Shukuma DOLLY. Keep this list in your gadget bag to make your life a whole lot easier when setting up a shot ;-)

By now I'm sure many of you have a very good idea of the various activities that we keep ourselves busy with. From rigging dollies, shooting timelapse, dolly rentals and stock footage to workshops - everything timelapse!

Our timelapse shooting assignments also include longterm shoots at construction sites. These projects often happen over a 12 or even 24 month period and even longer sometimes.

The new 12V 7.2 Ah with built-in dummy battery is now complete! Yes, this is totally worth a blog because you can now power your camera and/or dolly with continuos power for long periods of time.
No more changing batteries during astro-lapses every 2 hours or so and you can shoot multiple daytime shots, even over a few days.
