Workshop feedback

Who better to invite to South Africa other than Gunther Wegner to join forces in presenting workshops as a team? Yes, that is the guy who developed the software which we all need to edit our timelapse shots - LRTimelapse!

Traveling through Namibia

TimeLapse Safari

What a great experience it was to go shoot timelapse in Namibia! One of the harshest areas to shoot in, offering some of the most breathtaking landscapes - and to travel with Gunther Wegner (from LRTimelapse) and his wife Diana, along with another German friend, David (I still can’t pronounce or spell his surname...).

The Time Lapse Expedition weekend - 8 to 10 Feb

The BTS video !!!

I think this short video just about sums up the GREAT weekend we had!
The only thing it doesn't show is how everyone scrambled at 4am on the Saturday morning when the thunderstorm was upon us... Trying to rescue 9 cameras in the dark before it gets drenched in rain!

And of course, the cooking show from "Le Andre"... But perhaps that should be part of the deleted scenes ;-)

Firstly, the Karoo was GREAT and with over 450 GB of footage and over 32,000 images this reel is going to take some time to put together. But it's gonna be good!

The plans for 2013

So, the year is at it's last day and I can only say that it’s been a very tough year but a good one! From traveling with the prototype dolly (it’s never been officially named) last year December, to producing the Shukuma DOLLY and MINI, as well as the PRO to be launched shortly. Not to mention the other million things that happened and was achieved this year. I feel proud!

Just a quick update on the latest standings

Here we are at the "last week" of 2012 - or at least the last week where you can still try and get something done here in SA. If I just think about the loads of things that need to happen in this week, I get scared....
